Method of preparation:

Next, remove the pot from the heat and let it sit for 20 minutes. Afterwards, strain the liquid through a fine sieve, and remove the pieces of ginger.
-Prepare the syrup in a separate pot. Dissolve 1 cup of sugar in 1 cup of boiling water.
When serving, you should mix 1/2 cup of ginger juice, 1/3 cup of syrup and 1/2 cup of mineral water, and add some raw organic honey to sweeten it.
